For my materials I will be utilizing printmaking and painting in my mid-term. More specifically linoleum plates and acrylic paint. I also made sketches of the images I will be making.

Midterm work in progress

1. I will be researching about Jeff Koons, Damien Hirst, Maurizio Cattelan, and Anish Kapoor. All of these artist have found their place in the high art market with little to no effort with art that seems to be a mockery or what high art is about.

2. I will also be looking at Clement Greenbergs " Avant-garde and Kitsch".

3. Im also interested in using Andy Warhol because he described himself as a business artists which seems to be the artists in which I am critiquing.

4. I have also started making progress on my linoleum block with drawing out the design and getting other materials ready.
